Breakfast

4 egg white omelet, 4 egg whites and 2 cups of strawberries. 2 protein blocks

1 1/3 cups cooked oatmeal with 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese. 4 protein blocks

Lunch

4 ounces of turkey breast or tuna with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, and 2 pieces of whole-rye bread. 4 protein blocks

Dinner

4 ounces of chicken breast, 1 cup of cooked broccoli, 1 orange, and a larger dinner salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil and vinegar dressing. 4 protein blocks
